HOW DO I PURCHASE ITEMS?

You need to be on our mailing list to be able to get first dibs on our limited edition capsule collections. Certain items are always available, like our knit crossbody bag, but others are limited to a small stock because they are made to order! That means that once they’re gone, they’re gone.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME FRAME?

Each of the limited edition capsule items are made to order and need a process time of 2-8 weeks, depending on the item. That is why they call it slow fashion! I promise it’ll be worth the wait. Send our hands non-crampy vibes.

Items are shipped to the U.S. and Canada for now. If you live outside of North America, send me an email and we can talk about shipping. Local pickup at the Sears think[box] in Cleveland, Ohio is also an option!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY KNITS?

Wool is a natural fiber and does not need washed often. When it needs a quick refresh, use a steamer! When you need to give it a wash, hand wash only in cold or lukewarm water. Use a delicates hand wash detergent. Give your knits a gentle squeeze and leave in the water for a few minutes. Once done, roll in a clean towel to remove excess water and then dry flat. We also recommend using a wool shaver, as the natural fibers in wool will pill with usage, especially during the first few months.

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING WORK?

Right now, because I’m a one-woman operation, I offer a one-size option for my cardigans and two sizes for the vests. They are both oversized, and very forgiving with most body types! Measurements are shown in the item descriptions. The best way to help me expand my sizing is to share my store with your friends! As I make more sales, I’ll be able to hire knitters to help me make more items. Thanks for understanding!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not offer returns. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product and you let us know within 14 days of receiving the item, we will process an exchange of your order, but you will need to wait another 6-8 weeks to receive the new item.
